"For tall and hollow Yorkshire puds put a thin layer of lard on your tray in a hot oven at 200-220ºC. Mix 6 eggs to a pint of milk, add a pinch of salt and plain flour. Beat until it reaches a whipping cream consistency. Once the fat is hot pour in the mix. Once they have risen, turn down the oven to 160ºC and leave for 15 mins."
